Scholarship Rules

• Students must live in the Enterprise Zone or Service Area Neighborhoods when they apply for scholarship.  For a map, click on View Enterprise Zone Map.
• Up to Four Year renewable Scholarship
• Up to $1,000 per semester = $2,000 year (based on college charges)
• To be used towards Tuition/Fees and/or books
• Must provide proof of enrollment into an accredited university, college or vocational/technical institution or program before checks will be issued
• Must present Grades/Transcript for each renewable Scholarship
• Checks will be payable to Student and University or Student and Bookstore
• Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process check
• No student is guaranteed funding
• High School Students must have a 2.5 GPA or higher to receive a scholarship. Exceptions can be made for vocational/technical institutions. Submit transcript with application.
• College students must have a 2.7 GPA or higher to receive a renewal. Exceptions can be made for vocation/technical institutions or institutions that operate on a pass/fail process.  Students that fall below the minimum can be placed on probation and allowed back in the program upon improving their GPA
